We are a Veterans Approved Provider and a Provider of the Medicaid Waiver Program! We accept Long-term Care Insurances, Auto Insurances and Private pay. We can provide personal care plans through an in-home evaluation and interviews between the client, family and the ComForCare team to help determine the best plan for the individual based on their specific needs. Our dedicated caregivers are available a few times a week or 24 hrs a day to provide care. We can help clients with their Daily Activities such as Personal Care, Bathing, Grooming, Hygiene, Toileting, Light housekeeping, Meal Prep, Medication Reminders, Safety Supervision, Companionship, Dementia Care, Family Respite, Disability Support, Transitions of Care, and Transportation.
