  I came here as a recommendation from a coworker and I had been in incredible pain for 6 months from some previous bad dental work. I was desperate for relief and had seen several dentists who had adjusted my bite with no avail. I drove an hour to see Dr Stern and he used a machine to measure my bite, no other dentist had done this. He knew where to shave a little from his measurements and he took his time and paid close attention. Even his assistant was so courteous. I’ve never had a dental assistant pay so close attention and know exactly what to do. Dr Stern explained what he did and why and also the different outcomes. After the visit my pain slowly faded away just like one of the potential outcomes he had explained. I’m so impressed with his work that I will continue to see him and also bring my teenage daughters as well. He is well worth the drive. The whole office is so professional and considerate. Thank you for getting me out of constant pain.

  Friendly, accommodative and flexible. No waiting. Dr Stern is really good at diagnosis and treatment.

  Good morning, I wanted to share my experience after attempting to attend a dental cleaning appointment in Southfield on a Sunday, which I initially thought was a great option for working parents with busy schedules. Unfortunately, upon arrival on April 26, I realized this was a dental office I had previously visited in 2023 and did not have a good experience with. I had mistaken it for a new practice I was trying out since my former dental office recently closed. Once I was taken to the back, my concerns were immediately confirmed. The environment appeared unclean and disorganized. There were papers scattered everywhere, outdated equipment, medical chairs with tape on them, visible grime on equipment, and even a water bottle with the label removed being used during procedures. This raised serious concerns about sanitation and overall patient care. Based on what I observed, I made the decision to cancel my appointment before any services were performed. When I went to the front desk to notify staff, I was immediately told I would be charged for the appointment. There was no attempt to ask why I was canceling or address my concerns. I questioned how I could be charged when no services were rendered, and I ultimately left. Before doing so, I did express my concerns about the cleanliness of the office, which were clearly visible even at the front desk. I strongly encourage others to be mindful when choosing a dental provider. Cleanliness, updated practices, and patient-centered care are extremely important, especially in a healthcare setting.

  i WAS A BIT APPREHENSIVE AND NERVOUS ABOUT SEEING THE DENTIST, HOWEVER DR.sTERN AND HIS STAFF HELPED ME FEEL RELAXED AND VERY COMFORTABLE DURING AND AFTER MY DENTAL CARE. i AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY DENTALCARE. i GIVE DR.STERN A FIVE STAR RATING.
