    Absolutely horrible service. The young woman at the front desk discriminates against people of color. I took the liberty to provide all documentation from my employer coverage (BCBS) for my son to be seen for the small cut on his arm. This lady was absolutely horrible at her job. She claimed she could not verify the coverage, never called blue cross her self, the proceeded to ask me to call or to speak to my HR… While having an active policy literally in her hands. People of color, I would advise you to never frequent this health care/urgent care facility.

    I had a very positive experience when I stumbled in - in the middle of an appendix rupture. They were quick, kind and calm.

    My husband just went to the clinic today for an infection. By the time he walked over to the Pharmacy, the meds were ready. Dr. Kattoo was friendly, thorough, and the facility was spotless including the bathroom. From the time he left the house then returned home it was 1 hour. Selfishly I hope this gem of a Healthcare location stays hidden to our neighborhood.

    Visited this location at 10:15 4/11/2026 to have my partner's injured ankle checked out & x-rayed. After searching for an urgent care in network, driving there and walking up (difficult with her injury), we were met with a locked door and empty office. Hours of operation listed on their website were 9-6 and on Google they were 10-6, so we made sure to show up after 10 o'clock but nevertheles they were closed. Sign on door indicated they should have been open but no lights were on, door was locked etc. Very disappointing.
