  Overall everything went good, fast as far as emergency rooms go, 2 hours total, pa and staff were very nice and thorough. Doctor came last and did his due diligence. I came in concerned and left feeling a lot better

  Bronson South Haven hospital will not call me to go over my MRI and they seem to expect everyone to use mychart when in fact not everyone has the capabilities to use mychart. Regardless someone should call to go over my MRI in person. Pathetic

  I went to the Bronson South Haven ER in September of 2025 for a back injury. At check-in, I gave the nurse technician my insurance information, but it was not entered correctly. Months later, I received a bill for the “full amount”. After I contacted Bronson and corrected my insurance information, I was notified that my insurance had processed the claim and paid the visit in full. Now, nearly a year after the visit, I've received another bill for the same ER visit. When I contacted Bronson, I was told that the first bill was only for the “contracted physicians”, while this second bill—sent 10 months later—is for the hospital visit itself. Unfortunately, my insurance will not cover this second bill because they were previously told the visit had already been paid in full. This has been an incredibly frustrating and confusing experience. Billing should be accurate and transparent, especially when patients provide the correct insurance information at the time of service. After this experience, I will not choose a Bronson hospital again.

  The ER at this place is a joke! Had an issue with my leg all I was told is that I need an ultrasound but “Bronson won’t pay for a tech on the holiday weekend, I think u could go to Kalamazoo and get one.” I said I would comeback in the morning. I was told this morning I could go to Battle Creek tomorrow for an ultrasound, unbelievable.Don’t go here for an emergency. I am sure the staff would agree and appreciate it.
