  I called on 9/11 at 12:15pm to schedule a colonoscopy via the Bronson scheduling office, and was given an appointment for 12/4 at 12:45pm in Portage. A month later, I have not received a confirmation and called to ask why this isn't showing up in MyChart. No one has any record of this appointment in the system - how is this possible?? This is extremely disappointing, and is a very poor reflection of the care and service offered by Bronson. At this point, I am ready to drop Bronson altogether and find a new care provider that is reliable and capable - Bronson clearly isn't.

  My son had an MRI (order was for MRA with contrast dye)at the South Haven location about a month ago and I've tried to let this go but I'm so upset over safety, the procedure not being done as ordered and now being billed for a procedure that wasn't done. Also, because now he has to redo the test because it wasn't done properly the first time. First of all safety, my son was taken back in his jeans that had metal zippers and buttons on them the only reason I knew he still had them on was because he asked after the fact if my zippers and buttons got hot too when I had my MRIs. I was shocked! What do you mean you allowed my son to enter the MRI with metal still on. Secondly, I asked how the IV went for his contrast dye to only be told by one of the technicians that they don't do contrast dye any more and thats only for patients with brain clips. Sir, I've been in healthcare for 20 years, contrast dye is still very much used which brings me to being billed incorrectly. Guess what? I was billed for an MRA with contrast dye. False! No contrast dye was used. Now my son has to have this redone because they found an area of concern and the radiologist that read the results suggests...drum roll please...CONTRAST DYE to rule out an aneurysm. The lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism is absolutely embarrassing.

  Not much of a help but basically have the rudest people that work And basically asking questions without any treatment
