- RMRebecca MoceriJul 28, 20261.0Very disappointed. I have back issues in general and I was looking for a specific area to be stretched and worked on naturally without any meds. So I contacted stretch lab today with my concerns and got in same day. After expressing my concerns to the therapist about why I was there he proceeded to work on my legs and lower back after he did a scan that made no sense. The whole time I was upset wondering why after I told him many times why I was theirs he had an answer for everything and completely ignored what I was saying to him. When he finished he asked me how I felt and I told him the same. He seemed shocked but really?! So then he tells me he wants to see me for 8 visits. So you completely ignored why I was there today and you want me to come back? Definitely a bad taste in my mouth and will not be back. They were nice but a little pushy and fyi bring your own socks if they charge you $20 for one pair.

- TBTim BrysonMay 10, 20255.0Great first experience today with Michonni - being tall and not super flexible, wasn't sure how this would go, but she was helpful and patience with the right amount of stretch to feel good but not painful. Would highly recommend!
