My son has a life saving medication and every single time it needs a refill they give me problems. They wont get in touch with doctors anymore. Switching to the Kroger off canal where they happily help and take care of any issues that arise. Executive management, take heed to all of these negative reviews please.

They called another Kroger store and they had it so they sent info to them and my prescription was filled and acknowledged by text within 15 min. WE just had to drive out and pick it up. Easy and prompt during the Christmas/New Year time when they could not get delivery til after the holidays.
