  The audiologist, Sarah is very professional and compassionate. My 1st appointment went well and I was quite nervous about things, but she made me feel very calm. Within a week I received my rechargeable hearing aids, a very comfortable fit! After a few hours when I got home, I noticed that my tv was at a volume of 11 and I could comfortably hear it. Prior to my aids, it had to be at least a 16 or higher. Kudos to Audio Nova!

  I cannot thank Sarah enough at this establishment. My father in law is going to be 88 years old. He’s always had a pretty sarcastic personality. But over the years, it’s been gone due to his hearing loss. I made an appointment because my husband and I are his current caregivers while my mother in law is in skilled nursing. I got tired of yelling to communicate. I completely understand my mother in laws frustration. She did a hearing test and gave us a lot of helpful information. She also let my father in law take home hearing aids as a trial. When we got in the vehicle he told me to turn up the music. He sang along, we listened to Frank Sinatra (his favorite singer). When we got home he said “I haven’t heard music in 20 YEARS! But that’s not the best part, my mother in law has a voice he cannot hear. This has caused a lot of stress for both of them. When he went to see her, he told me “I can hear her.”. This has been a blessing for all of us. But most importantly, them. We obviously ordered hearing aids and had the molds done. We haven’t got them yet. But we are thrilled to know things will be better. Thank you so much for the help.

  I was in town at the Saginaw location and happened to take a chance that someone would be in the office today since I didn’t have an appointment and I was delighted that Kelly Bland was there. She was very friendly and accommodating. Asking how she could help me I ask if Garrett was available and he was not but Kelly said she could help me and provided me some cones and filters besides fixing my broken retention strand. I have always gotten great service from Hear Michigan and love my hearing aids. Thank you Kelly!
