- TWTerry WaybrantAug 19, 20261.0I purchased the ion pro 2 and these are amplifiers, not hearing aids. I've tried to contact customer support to return and get my $600 plus back and they refuse to help. The only thing these are good for is streaming music, to bad I still can't hear conversations.

Within a week I received my rechargeable hearing aids, a very comfortable fit! After a few hours when I got home, I noticed that my tv was at a volume of 11 and I could comfortably hear it. Prior to my aids, it had to be at least a 16 or higher. Kudos to Audio Nova!
