They really hone in the “community feel” and welcome anyone and everyone to the studio, unlike other studios. All of the instructors are so friendly, encouraging & judgement free. I frequent Sophia, Ava, Jess & Emma’s sculpt classes & liked them so much (& their music) I got my friends to join. I love that the studio hosts community events to offer an opportunity for us all connect outside of the studio. Going to Y6 is always the highlight of my week!

Christina is a great instructor (every instructor here is honestly)— her energy is contagious and she really pushes you to show up for yourself. The studio is always clean, the music is perfect, and the atmosphere makes you feel at home right away! Highly recommend!
- CTCarol Teegardin2 days ago5.0I've practiced yoga in San Diego, Daytona Beach, Florida, Detroit and the suburbs amid hip/back problems related to osteoporosis and various conditions related to a kidney transplant (Feb, 2013) And, I must say l have never felt more listened too and healed as l have at Yoga 6. The staff wants to work with you, not mold you to a set routine. They know your family issues (my daughter is getting a transplant.) And, care. l signed up for an awesome deal, $97 a month unlimited for lifetime! And, you can freeze it if you're out of town !

I used to practice yoga at other well known studios in metro Detroit and this is by far the best experience I’ve had in my 12 years of yoga. I really love the studio and the positive energy there, the teachers are kind and helpful. This place is especially great for strength training as their sculpt classes blend weights, cardio, and flexibility all into one for a well rounded work out. It is definitely a judgment free zone and a place that welcomes all people. I definitely recommend!
