  It has happened several times when I am to order contacts the office is supposed to call me back to confirm details and they have not . This has occurred 3 times now. I eventually have to call back and bug them for them to finish the prescription and to send it to order. Otherwise while I am there every one is friendly and smooth

  The folks That work there were pretty nice, and the doctor was great. We had a wonderful conversation about my eyes and all the questions that I had were answered So I could actually understand.

  The staff is friendly and provided professional service. Making the appointment was convenient and fast. The doctor was very thorough, explained the results of the exam and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lieberman and TJ, Jazzy and Emily will take great care of you!

  Staff are very friendly, but unfortunately nobody there knows what they're doing. My initial eye exam on January 2 went ok, and when I told them I wanted to keep my same frames and just get updated lenses, they asked if I could go two weeks without them, which I said was fine. I didn't get my glasses back until February 17, six weeks later. The prescription felt weird, but because they were Eyezen lenses they told me to give it two weeks to adjust. I went back on March 5 for a second exam to have my prescription rechecked, and they did modify it slightly, and I also asked to get rid of the Eyezen, and said it would be two weeks again for the glasses to go out to the lab and come back. But it took ANOTHER 6 weeks. In the meantime, I called the store several times and they never answered the phone. I left voicemails that they didn't return. I even went INTO the store on my way to work one day to ask what was going on, and they said they'd have to call me back that afternoon with an update (they didn't). Now it's April 21 and I finally have my glasses back. The prescription seems pretty good, but I'm still not sure it's correct. I'm not going to bother going back for a second adjustment, because I wouldn't expect to get my glasses back until sometime in June, and I can't go half the year without them. My frustration with this location is only compounded by the fact that no one could tell me what went wrong, or explain their repeated failures to call me back. Pearle Vision has totally wasted my vision insurance for the year, and next year I will be going to a competent optometrist office instead.
