- DKDrew K6 days ago1.0Terrible experience!! I went in a month ago and still have not received my glasses. They also do not give refunds which in turn has me stuck waiting. I will not be going back to this place due to the poor customer service as well as limited information i'm receiving. You would do better going to a private eye care facility that cares about it's patients.

They have great appointment availability, their staff is professional, and my exams are always quick and painless. The doctor asked about my military service and began talking about his family and everything. I was totally amongst my people. I didn't want to leave, the people first atmosphere is amazing.
