- CSChristi Simeneta5 days ago1.0They don’t communicate, failing to notify me that my glasses were ready for pick up when I've been struggling with old, damaged lenses and they're insanely overpriced even with insurance. I was a returning patient but now I will never go to them again. So sad people can't do their jobs correctly. Hope you guys improve over there for everyone's benefit.

Followed up with my pharmacy to electronically request the prescription, which was denied. How is it acceptable to have a patient in pain for nearly a week? Unprofessional.

They made the entire visit comfortable and stress free. In addition, this location was clean and organized. Dr. Clark immediately noticed from my chart that my right eye was blurry and confidently said, “I’ll fix that,” and he did. He showed me the difference comparing my vision before and after the adjustment. The improvement was remarkable and it was amazing to see such a clear difference firsthand. It’s rare to find a team that combines excellent customer service with outstanding professionalism. I highly recommend Pearle Vision Rochester Hills to anyone looking for quality eye care and a friendly and accommodating staff.
