  My brother was really excited to go here! We really had high hopes for this company and was trying to be very patient but every time they let us down. They cancelled our appointment twice and kept rescheduling our appointment. I had already took off work twice to make the appointment but they didn't care at all. We are looking around to find a reliable company.

  The staff is very professional, friendly and efficient. The new "Sharp" model is wonderful. Not cheap, but SO much better than other hearing aids. They fit beautifully. Within a minute or two I forget I even have them on. Sounds are natural, not just amplified. No tinny echo, zero feedback squawks.
