After waiting 7 days, I called for an update and they hadn't arrived. I called again at 14 days and was told they were in—yet no one ever reached out to let me know. Having to track down my own order is poor service. I'm moving back to the Rochester location, though it's disappointing to know it's managed by the same doctor group. They really need to fix their notification system.

Eye exam results turned out WRONG and when I asked Lens Crafters to help because my close vision was not good... they just say "nope, we cannot and will not do anything... you've used your benefit for the year". I will admit... I did have glasses made elsewhere (because Lens Crafters is part of massive Luxottica monopoly and even with insurance they WAY over-charge)... but that place is the same place I've had them made for YEARS (never a quality problem). I even had a 3rd party local firm check and confirm the prescription was made correctly. The problem: Lens Crafters. They don't stand behind their eye exams... they are just there to make money.
