- MAMichelle AJul 9, 20265.0I visited LensCrafters today for my eye exam with Dr. LoGrasso. I’ve been coming to this location since around 2016, and this was by far the best exam experience I’ve had. Dr. LoGrasso was incredibly thorough, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options. He even explained the benefits of having the same prescription in both eyes versus a slight difference between them for contacts, something no previous provider had ever discussed with me. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine bedside manner made a lasting impression. I truly appreciated how intentional he was in making sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I’ll definitely continue coming back and will request Dr. LoGrasso whenever possible. Thank you for providing such exceptional care!
