My strength and flexibility are constantly improving. It’s kind of like having a personal trainer but you don’t have to go to a smelly gym lol. I especially love Jasmine’s classes and can’t wait for her to return!

Elizabeth, Stephanie, and Madison are my absolute favorite instructors. They make sure that every workout is right for your body and will modify any activity for your safety while you still get the full experience. Everyone’s very welcoming and friendly and supportive and it’s such a breath of fresh air.

Elizabeth is very well versed in modifications for current body issues or injuries ⭐️. They have a changing room near the back of the studio and restrooms which is great if you’re coming in from work. Sometimes they offer free workshops, which is a nice way to sample a particular type of class or equipment. More chair classes please lol 😊

The equipment was new to me yet I felt comfortable immediately with the instructions and assurance that the instructors would take into consideration any joint issues I currently have -and they did.
