  They take great care of me! Office staff is always friendly. I can't say enough good things about my PA, Shannon. She spent a lot of time with me when I was diagnosed with Diabetes. Got me on a good regime and got my A1C under 7. She's Fabuolous!!

  I’m so sad to be leaving this review, as I loved this office when it was Borgess ProMed. Both of my kids have been going since they were born (9+ years) and ever since we lost our wonderful PA Sarah Jennings, this office has gone down hill. Called this morning to try and get one of my kids seen (who’s had a low grade fever for 3 days, coughing, sore throat that Motrin and Tylenol is not helping with) to get told she’s a low priority case and needs to go to a Bronson express to be seen. So disappointed they couldn’t do something to get her seen (I would have even been happy with the after hours) today or even tomorrow. Had to find a new office and they were able to get my child in this afternoon, as a new patient. While the doctors, physician assistants and nurses are great, the front office staff is less than to be desired. Do not recommend. Go find an office that will put you and your family first.

  Phone service is an absolute nightmare. I was hung up on three times.
