BlohmJun 24, 20145.0To no fault of his, I had a less than ideal personal scenario come to realization after my visit, but Dr. Gordon took it in full stride and was incredibly helpful in doing whatever necessary to get it resolved. He communicated often and whenever there was an update, was responsive to my questions/concerns, and was explicit in what actions I needed to take. Since the issue that came up was own responsibility, I must separate that from my experience, which was unquestionably 5 stars. Thank you Dr. Gordon.
