We are proud to offer our members access to a full array of medically-based wellness initiatives that are scientifically based to help you reach and or maintain your fitness goals!
Included in your Memorial Healthcare Wellness Center membership is the open use of our Cardio Exercise area, our Skytrack where you can freely walk, jog or run or drop in on one of our many fitness classes. We also have a lap pool for aquatic exercising and stretching and swimming. Relax in our sauna or steam rooms, and enjoy our spa-like locker rooms.
