  A great addition to the Plainwell/Otsego area. This is a god send. When I need labs for Bronson providers this is SO handy. The staff is great and very friendly. I like it here.

  Just had blood draw at Otsego. Did not have appointment, but was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Never felt the needle! Front desk and Phlebotomist were both very professional and friendly. I have been using this facility since it opened. The service has always been excellent, prompt and professional and as painless as can be expected considering what they do.

  I don’t know why everyone is whining about this location. I got my blood work done there this morning and it was great. In and out in less than 5 minutes, and staff were friendly. Don’t let people with a bad attitude or crappy veins tell you otherwise. And the people making all the “need more training” comments, you try poking 50+ people in a day. It’s not that easy, especially when you people are nasty and negative. Be a little more respectful and treat people with kindness.

  If I could give more stars I would. The first time using this lab and my overall experience was fantastic, from the greeting when I walked in, the customer service (they helped me use the kiosk to scan the bar code), to the young lady that drew my blood. I am a hard raw I have very small, deep and rolling veins, I asked that she use my hand, she got it on the first try, no pain, no bruising and you can barely see where she drew from. Excellent!!!! So much better than the Oshtemo location on Stadium, where they are rude, refuse to see you if you do not have an appointment, get rude if you do not have the barcode to scan.
