Vaccinations
Routine vaccinations are one of the easiest ways to keep yourself healthy. Our pharmacies provide annual flu vaccines, COVID-19 vaccinations, routine child and adult immunizations, catch-up vaccines and travel vaccines.
This vaccine protects against Hepatitis A, an infection in the liver often spread by contaminated food and caused by hepatitis A virus. Adults traveling outside the country, those with chronic liver disease, and men who have sex with men need at least two doses.
This vaccine protects against Hepatitis B, a blood-borne infection of the liver caused by hepatitis B virus. Adults with chronic health conditions and healthcare workers should get three doses of this vaccine.
This vaccine protects against HPV, the major cause of cervical cancer, anal cancer, and genital warts in both women and men. Adults age 9-26 need at least two doses.
This vaccine protects against influenza, a contagious viral infection of the nose, throat, and lungs. Everyone 6 months and older should receive a yearly flu vaccine.
This vaccine protects against the respiratory disease measles, the infectious disease mumps, and the viral disease rubella. Adults born in 1957 or later need at least one dose.
There are two types of meningococcal vaccines that protect against meningococcal disease, a leading cause of bacterial meningitis infections around the brain and spinal cord. All 11-12 year olds should get a meningococcal conjugate vaccine and a booster dose at 16 years old. People age 16-23 years also may get a serogroup B meningococcal vaccine.
These vaccines protect against pneumococcal disease, caused by bacteria leading to ear and sinus infections as well as more serious lung and blood infections. If you smoke, have heart disease, asthma, chronic lung disease, or are over 65 years old, you need at least one dose.
This vaccine protects against polio, a disease that can infect a person’s spinal cord and cause paralysis. Children are recommended to get one vaccine dose at 2 months old, 4 months old, 6 through 18 months old, and 4 through 6 years old.
These vaccines protect against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis which are contagious bacterial diseases. Adults need one dose of Tdap, then a Td or Tdap booster every 10 years.
Physical & Wellness Screenings
Our pharmacies offer a number of wellness screenings to help detect and prevent certain diseases.
When you come in for a biometric screening, your provider will measure your height, weight and blood pressure. They will also test your blood glucose, and lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL) using a finger prick to obtain a blood sample. Before leaving you will have your results along with risk reduction counseling to help you achieve your optimum health. **Biometric Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.
Blood glucose measurement detects the amount of glucose (sugar) in the bloodstream. High or low blood sugars could indicate a metabolic condition, such as diabetes.
Hemoglobin A1C measures your average blood glucose (sugar) over the past 90 days. An elevated hemoglobin A1C could indicate the presence of diabetes. **Hemoglobin A1C Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.
Cholesterol screening measures the amount of cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels in the blood. Cholesterol screenings can detect conditions such as high cholesterol or high triglycerides.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to with the worst experience. This pharmacy was my “back up” in case my CVS pharmacy didn’t have a prescription in stock. My first and only experience was the absolute worst. After confirming with pharmacist that they received my daughter’s script they told me it would be 20/30 minutes to fill. No problem, I show up 35 minutes after speaking with them with my 2 sick kids and the pharmacist told me that it would be another 10 minutes. Annoyed, but ok, the whole store now has to hear my screaming kids because they don’t have a drive-up. While waiting they denied and older gentleman a covid vaccine because they didn’t want to break the pack with no other schedule appointments. The guy was understanding and said he would setup a future appointment. Five minutes later, another gentleman shows up for his scheduled vaccination…: (someone obviously didn’t check the chart for the day). The pharmacist left the counter to try and find the other guy but he left. She then try to convince the scheduled guy to reschedule but he refused. After waiting another 20 minutes my script was finally ready. Upon check out the pharmacist wouldn’t sell me my daughter’s perception. My daughter does have an allergy to another antibiotic which my doctor is fully aware. I explain that my doctor knows what is best to treat my daughter and we’ve never had an issue with that antibiotic… she still refused to sell me the script. I had the prescription transferred to CVS down the road and it was filled within an hour with NO issues. I will never used them again. Sham on the pharmacist for making a decision and disregarding my daughter’s doctor decision on a medicine she needed.
