  The staff is great is why there is 1star! Dr Payne is the problem ! I went to this office to find out what was wrong with my eyes, he told me I had chronic dry eyes and rosacea of the eyes gave me some steroid eye drops take one drop 4 times a day, but not for how long. This was June 26, July 16 I went back for a re-check and get glasses. After I left I realized I was not told how to manage my eyes with these conditions, so I called . I was told the dr does not document things right away it takes 2weeks ok still don’t know how to deal with my eyes. Today July 28 I call cause I have not heard anything. Reception told me she would get with the dr and call me back. Dr Payne calls super rude trying to dig himself out of why nothing was documented on how to maintain my eye health and told me he works by himself as his excuse to why I was not told how to manage my eyes. This dr should not take on more than he can handle . Eye health is very important . Then told me to go somewhere else! I will but I will not let you slide on how my eye care was handled by you! Very poor!!!! Dr Payne does not need to be in charge of people’s eyes!

  I had an outstanding experience with this office. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond. During my Friday appointment, they noticed my frames were broken — still usable, but unable to fold — and immediately took the initiative to check whether they were still under warranty. They not only confirmed the coverage but also managed to get replacement frames in by the very next day (a Saturday), just in time before I left for a trip. I wasn’t expecting that level of effort or such a quick turnaround, and I was genuinely appreciative. Exceptional service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

  I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr Payne for over 40 years worked with him for a few. I have followed him every where from Saginaw to this location best eye doctor ever no one else has ever done an eye exam on me and my son that is now 30 years old they talk about cars and everything else. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was nice and polite. they have a wide variety of glasses. We picked out some thank you Melanie for helping me pick out some cool sunglasses.🙏🏽

  I went in to get my glasses adjusted today. Kim at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. She led me to Katie, whom is very serious about her job. She cleaned and adjusted my glasses with such care, precision and grace. I'm not joking, these people will go above and beyond to make sure you have great vision. Highly recommend.
