  I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr Payne for over 40 years worked with him for a few. I have followed him every where from Saginaw to this location best eye doctor ever no one else has ever done an eye exam on me and my son that is now 30 years old they talk about cars and everything else. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was nice and polite. they have a wide variety of glasses. We picked out some thank you Melanie for helping me pick out some cool sunglasses.🙏🏽

  I went in to get my glasses adjusted today. Kim at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. She led me to Katie, whom is very serious about her job. She cleaned and adjusted my glasses with such care, precision and grace. I'm not joking, these people will go above and beyond to make sure you have great vision. Highly recommend.

  I scheduled an appointment and got a confirmation email. When I arrived for my appointment they said they had all my info but couldn’t explain why but they had given away my appointment time. Staff was not apologetic.
