  I had some questions about my new hearing aids and Michael explained everything all over again, giving me his time and patience with my questions. I had enjoyed my first set of Miracle Ear hearing aids for 7 years, and now with the new rechargeable set, I no longer have to carry batteries in my purse. I just have to remember to take the charger along when we go somewhere overnight! Thank you, Miracle Ear, you have improved my life so much!

  Miracle Ear in Okemos is so much better than other places where my husband has gotten hearing aids. Michael Warren is terrific. His analysis of what was needed was spot-on and we couldn't be more pleased. All the staff are pleasant to work with and very skilled.. Also, this is the only place to go if you need just one hearing aid> -- everyone else sells only pairs. The single hearing aid we purchased is superior in quality to previous ones that cost quite a bit more.. Overall, first rate and five stars!
