- NBNoah BrinkerDec 13, 20241.0Took 45 minutes when they said 15, watched them go and take a 30 minute lunch break. This is after my prescription said it was ready the night before. Would not recommend they always take forever in anything they do.
- ADAndrew DurkinOct 8, 20242.0Hours suck. And kroger needs to staff more people to avoid the 30 minute daily closure. The whole operation is broken because of greedy corporate policies. It's disgusting. I hate kroger pharmacy, but have no choice to use them, so I feel they take advantage of this to avoid customer service and human decency.
