  No stars! The most awful experience ever. I discussed with Dr.Guptai during previous visits of restoring my smile. I got my teeth pulled the next step was a bridge for upper missing teeth. I was told the price and payment arrangement. When I get there anticipating being able to smile. When I sit down in the chair. The Dental Hygienist says we are doing an impression for the bottom teeth. I never discussed replacing my bottom missing teeth. I told her that had to be a mistake. Next she told me the receptionist was coming to speak with me. The receptionist said we ordered the next step in Dr. Gupta's plan That was never discussed with me! I didn't ask for bottom teeth missing to be replaced. That's not what was discussed or agreed upon. So she comes back with a bill for 2,328 dollars telling me the insurance won't cover the missing tooth. You wasted my time, my gas, and there was a miscommunication. I was so pissed off I walked out! I have the money, but I refuse to let them make a big mistake and get away with it, neither an I paying for a procedure I didn't ask for. I could have went to work today and made money! Hopefully, I can find another Dentist

  On this first visit, I was greeted warmly, and asked to fill out paperwork. Dr. Gandhi, the receptionist and dental assistant were very helpful and professional. The dental plan was explained thoroughly and I now know what to expect on my return visit. All in all......it was a nice appointment and I look forward to being serviced by this dental team in the near future. Thank you all for your concern for my dental well being.

  Later, when I looked in the mirror, I had green crap all over my beard. Remember? The devil is in the details. You can have five hundred (500) attaboys. All it takes, is one (1) oh s××t, to get a bad review..

  I was referred to this office by a friend of mine. I was running late in traffic for my 2:45p appt I called, let them know. Thankfully they were still able to see me. Front desk staff is very kind and gracious. I could tell that she could tell that I wasn’t having the best day but she didn’t dig into my business and I thought that was professional and kind how she asked if I was ok today. The dental hygienist was very thorough and quick but again very thorough. Her bedside manner is so polite and friendly, I had a very very good cleaning here and left feeling educated about the issues I brought up and a plan of action to address those concerns. At checkout I inquired about teeth whitening and was given all the info I needed as well as the cost and what to expect. The dentist was very professional but it felt like I was talking to someone I already knew. Overall 10/10 good vibes at this office! I look forward to seeing them again in 6 months, still cavity free for life! I’ll be telling my coworkers about this place!
