I’m in my “paying a lot of money for designer glasses is ridiculous” era. The associate who helped me is David. He was knowledgeable and helpful in my frame selection. I must have tried on 10 different frames three times each. David did not follow me around the store or pressure me to make a decision. Instead, he was just the right amount of attentive, should I have a question or need helping picking the right pair. I went with the Monica medium frames. Love them!

My kids’ glasses were ready quickly, only a week after ordering them, and when we came into the store she remembered us by name, greeted us, and was super helpful getting adjustments made and making sure the kids were happy with them. Couldn’t have felt more seen as a customer, I felt like she was so kind, welcoming and offered great customer service. It was a great glasses shopping experience!
