THE BEST! I’ve been going to Stiles for decades for everything from head-to-toe injuries, but my lower degenerative back pain has been my biggest issue. About a month ago, I started spinal decompression, and after just three visits, I went from not being close to touching my toes to being able to put my palms on the ground. The difference has been incredible. A few weeks ago, I also blew out my quad playing soccer. I did two sessions with their new laser therapy, and the bruising disappeared, while my recovery felt like it had already jumped ahead by weeks. I honestly couldn’t believe how quickly I was progressing. The entire staff is amazing — knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely invested in helping their patients. I’ve referred so many people to Stiles over the years, and I’ll continue to do so without hesitation. If you’re dealing with an injury or just looking for a team that truly cares, Stiles is the place to go!

I thought I was destined to have back pain for the rest of my days. Dr. Paul fixed my back and has introduced me to supplements that have kept me healthy as well. My life has been pain free and illness free for over a year now and I can't say enough good things about this wonderful office. Staff members are cheerful and helpful, and they have hours that suit even the busiest schedule. Thank you!!
