  Today was our very first visit at Olde Orchard for my son who is five years old and has autism. It was a wonderful experience from the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left. We felt welcomed, we felt comfortable and it couldn’t have gone better. The front desk was very welcoming not just from the first visit, but from the first time I called to set up an appointment. As soon as we got in the room, the doctor and his assistant were absolutely wonderful. Dr. Tommy definitely has experience with children who have special needs and my son had a wonderful visit. He was even calm and comfortable enough to give the doctor and his assistant a high five at the end. We are looking forward to our six month cleaning I highly highly recommend this office.   Ortho was kind of rude about work done and a previous failure of my son's dental hardware. Dismissive and relied on her tech to tell us the "ramifications" of not getting the dental failure fixed immediately. Told my wife that itll be very hard to come back, but told her to schedule an appointment with the desk. She tried to schedule with the desk, but was looked at like she had 4 heads, was told that desk doesnt schedule appointments for ortho. Went back and forth with my wife about this for a bit until the ortho told the desk lady how to do her job. Very close to finding a new office and rather confused how you can be so rude when my insurance is shelling out thousands to you. Take our money and fix the issue.

  All of my children get seen at this dental office and when I say they are some of the best dentists and dental assistants and the best staff. Your children are in the best hands. They are so patient and comforting to my kids. They take their time and never rush the kids into anything. They will sit down and explain to your kids exactly what they’re going to do. My daughters get anxious and they stop what they’re doing to comfort them. From the front office to the back office staff is all around wonderful. I highly recommend them to everyone who asks who our dentist is. We just had the best experience with Jean and Lauren and Dr Hazel. They were soo amazing to my daughter who was getting upset and crying. BEST OFFICE EVER!!

  The staff here are wonderful! My daughter is three and we have been going here since she was 1 years old. They had accommodated my daughter every time. Even when she was barking like a dog for one visit and hissing like a cat for one visit. They also helped us when my husband forgot about my daughter’s latest appointment. I highly recommend!

  I don't recommend this place. Our first visit my wife and I accompanied our daughter and there were no issues. The second visit the staff claimed policy prevented both parents from coming back with their child due to space constraints. We pressed them on this apparent change in policy and they relented and allowed us both back. We got back to the room to find plenty of space for both parents! Not sure what games go on here but we don't want any part of it. It's a major red flag when medical staff attempts to limit who can advocate for your child. 🚩🚩🚩
