Thanks to Brynn Williams, I didn't miss earning a paycheck! :) Brynn is an absolute pleasure to interact with. She's a true professional all the way. She went out of her way to help me repair an old pair of safety glasses so I could return to work. When my new glasses arrived she promptly informed me. Not only is he an absolute joy to be around, but he listens to every word you say and wants you to walk away feeling your best. I have a tricky prescription, and he spent so much time with me making sure each eye had the correct prescription. I wish every doctor had the heart and follow through like Dr. Redwood. As many others have indicated, the customer service was exceptional, and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. In particular, Csenge, Kiara, and Brynn were fabulous and made the visit enjoyable. Dr. Redwood was friendly, and impressively fast and accurate. Great experience, would go back again next time.

I had my eyes checked at a local LensCrafters and was disappointed in the selection. Gil is an amazing sales associate. He gives honest input and feedback. The service and this store is great!

Service and guidance was less than desirable. Very nice selection of products, but not as helpful when you need support. Lauren and Gill were very helpful with receiving my inquiry about an eye exam, but since Lauren’s transition, service is not the same. I will keep trying but not the best experience as a customer.
