My first Pilates class thanks to the promo that my daughter was allowed to take me to a class. I might not have checked out Club Pilates otherwise. The instructor Debbie made me feel comfortable and assisted me (often) with some of the moves and equipment. The place was very clean and everyone friendly. By the end of the class- I felt more confident and and less awkward thanks to Debbie. I’m thinking of joining a Club as I can see how the workouts would be very beneficial.

The instructors are all great! There are plenty of different classes to choose from so there’s something for everyone—and room to grow as your skills build. They are open early and late to accommodate different schedules and skill levels. The studio always feels clean and is well maintained. It’s a very friendly and accepting atmosphere and well worth the membership!
Inflexible Policies That Prioritize Revenue Over Members
I am an unlimited member at Club Pilates Novi and I deeply regret joining. The policies here are anything but customer-friendly, and I want others to think twice before signing up.
One of the most frustrating aspects is that none of these policies are clearly disclosed at the time of sign-up. You only discover them later — often when it is too late and you are already locked into a membership. This lack of transparency at the outset is, in my opinion, the biggest red flag of all.
To start with what you will eventually find out: classes fill up so quickly that unless you book at least a week in advance, you end up on a waitlist — which defeats the purpose of being an unlimited member. On top of that, if you need to cancel within 24 hours, they charge you a $15 fee with no exceptions.
My biggest frustration, however, stems from what happened after I suffered a shoulder injury. I placed my account on hold while I recovered. Just two days later, I gave my 30-day cancellation notice, only to be told that members cannot submit a cancellation notice while their account is on hold. This policy makes absolutely no sense. Because of this rule, I was forced to pay an additional ~$250 before I was even allowed to cancel my membership.
To make matters worse, the studio claimed they had sent me an email about this policy — but they had the wrong email address on file, so I never received it. Being held responsible for a communication that was never delivered to me is completely unacceptable.
I understand that businesses need policies, but these rules feel designed to trap members and collect fees rather than support them. Had any of this been communicated upfront, I would never have signed up. Please do your research and ask detailed questions before committing to a membership here.

This place is radicoulous , they enroll people more than the capacity and you can hardly crack the seat for the session , you have to constantly keep chasing the seat from the very first day of your billing . they dont confirm the clss until 2 hours before session for waiting list
my billing date was end of month , since feb as its 28 days they started changing the billing date march onwards to 28th .. and not allowing to book tbe class post march stating that its not out fault system takes it that way so i am ending up payjng got 28 days for 31 days month as well .
Their response is radicolous where they just say ya it is the way it is and the manager is radicolous , even though i requested her to arrange multiple meetings by emailing and gave her a slot , she literally hijacked my time out of my working session to discuss and i had personal appointment and i kept mentioning i dont have time to discuss and i need to rush .. but still she kept discussing, she is so unprepared and doesnt care and she doesnt do her work before connecting wjth customer on a case or issue and she will expect you to know and tell everythjgn aabout your bill dates , classes etc .. even when she is the case manager to discuss .

I love love this studio. All the ladies are absolutely wonderful. They help you when you need help. They're patient when they know you're struggling and they always greet you with a smile. Even after two months, I can definitely see my endurance is increasing and my energy is getting better. For once, I actually look forward to going to a workout class. It's fine and I feel good when I leave. Between Jinjoo and Jody I am gonna get my body together again 😊
