- MJMark Berg Jr.Feb 15, 20181.0Arcadia Home Care is a joke. They will send someone to an elderly persons home knowing the person working is sick, vomiting, fever, diarrhea, and possibly contagious. Won't cover for the worker, and won't send someone else out to the client because that other person is alergic to cats. Well, so is the person that's sick. But that doesn't matter. And they change the schedule daily. And expect these workers to drop everything and do what they want. They obviously do not care about their patients or their workers. Just money. What a sad excuse for home health care.

She is very gentle and attentive to Kristy's needs. She is very professional and the highest compliment I can give her is that I would love to have Judy if my family ever needs such Home Care.
