  This is a SHOUT OUT .. for Ashley the new manager. I called yesterday about an issue with the cryo bed being down. It is something I have come to look forward to for a disability that I have . She looked into it and had it fixed that day , as well as leaving me a message on my phone that it was up and running. That’s great customer service… Thankyou

  The facility has great space for all types of workouts but the men’s steam room is no functional 90% of the time.

  One of the cleanest and nicest gyms I’ve been to the staff are very kind and respectful, especially Christina and Jacob.

  Today wasn’t just another bench day—it was father-and-son time under some heavy iron. My firstborn son came down from the Upper Peninsula, so we had to make a stop at Northville Powerhouse and put some work in. Great gym, good energy, and of course… all eyes were on us. 😂 I had a pretty mediocre bench day, but honestly, that didn’t matter. Getting to train alongside my firstborn made the whole session worth it. Two generations, one bench, and a whole lot of iron. The weights come and go. The memories stick around. ❤️💪

  If you are having thoughts on going here I strongly advise that you revise on paying for a membership here. First for cancelling, they have a 30 day policy. they count the day after you cancel instead of the day of. I cancelled on July 2nd and they still charged me for August, but was told if I cancelled on sept 1st it would be cancelled that month. So why for a month of 31 days compared to a month of 30 days one is cancelled and one is charged for the next month? As well as they give only four guest passes and then when I want to use them, because I cancelled my membership, I’m no longer able to use them even though I haven’t used any of them in the month. They also lie to everyone, stating that this deal is only available right now if you take it. Call them again tomorrow and it’ll still be available, and the next day and the next day. They charge me $49 a month for a membership but tried to charge my wife for $59. The basketball court is never cleaned it’s always slippery, and one of the nets has been damaged for Awhile and no fixes.
