  This is the worst gym to go to. You cannot access what is included in your $50 membership. They are making people buy another membership just to be able to use the bike room. When I signed up, it was already included as part of the amenities. Almost every gym I’ve been to has given access to the bike room. This is the first gym that’s so cheap they need to force people to buy an additional membership to use what was already promised to them. Not worth the price.

  absolutely worst gym ive ever been to. they always charge my account random charges. one time was because my credit card didnt process the charge for some reason and they charged me an extra 20$. they blamed it on my credit card company, told me a manager would call me back, after three calls a manager never called me back. i let it go because it was $20. now i asked if my membership has guest passes (i pay $52 a month), they dont. now what they did was they literally upgraded my membership to the tier where you can have guest for an EXTRA $30 a month!!! called them and told me a manager would call me. this gym corp is the worst gym chain i have ever gone to in my life. canceled membership i do not recommend coming here at all. they are a scammy corporation that look for money where they can get it.

  I had my sneakers stolen at this gym, leaving me standing outside in the rain without shoes. At the front desk, I was told the manager would review the cameras and contact me on a specific day. They took my phone number and information, but nobody ever reached out. When I returned to follow up, there were different employees at the desk who claimed they knew nothing about the situation, had received no information, and said the manager had already left for the day. I understand that the gym is not responsible for stolen belongings — there are signs about that posted throughout the facility. However, you should still be responsible for your word. If you tell a member that a manager will review the cameras and contact them, then that follow-up should actually happen. This situation reflects not only poor communication, but also the careless attitude this gym has toward its members — where stolen belongings are made even worse by complete indifference afterward.
