  I was not very happy with this CycleBar. I made my first reservation today and when I arrived no one was at the front desk to help me. I really had no idea what the heck was going on, how to check in, or get shoes!!! I walked around aimlessly looking for help but found none, finally I just asked a nice woman who was also there for the class to help me. She was the one who helped me get shoes and to check in, then, when I got to my bike, the settings were wrong and I could not click my little shoes into the pedal so I spent the whole class trying to figure out how to click them in and get comfortable, all the while the instructor yelling 'DONT GIVE UP!!' like lady I didn't even START! Usually introductory classes come with help from staff so you don't feel like an idiot, but I did not get this here. I think I'll just go back to yoga.

  I am new to spinning and absolutely love CycleBar, Northville! Everyone is super helpful and friendly. I needed help with my bike, shoes, literally everything and they were awesome about it all! It an amazing cardio workout. I love that the music is loud and the lights are low. All of the instructors are great. The website is super easy to use too!

  Great, encouraging instructors and really high energy classes! Feels good to work up a sweat and everyone is always super helpful, especially if you're new.
