I’ve also taken classes with Shawn, Melonie, and Michelle, all fantastic instructors who really care about form. Everyone here is amazing, the front desk workers including Abby and Faith are always so cheerful and kind to everyone. This is a place where you will always feel welcomed and ready to push yourself. I highly recommend!

The instructors are awesome and they provide great support when you are a beginner and it has been a wonderful experience for me so far. I feel very flexible and confident that these workouts really improve my core strength and stability.

The studio was welcoming and well-organized, which made the experience even better. The class itself was exactly what I needed. I was looking for something that wasn’t too intense but still engaging, and it was the perfect balance of both body and mind. Lori was a fantastic instructor—she explained everything clearly and made it easy to follow along, even though I hadn’t done Pilates in a while. I felt comfortable and confident the entire time. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get started or get back into Pilates!
