- BPBrieonna Posont5 days ago5.0Had my first cleaning with a different hygienist today, Lorita, and she was amazing! super sweet, gentle, and easy to talk to. Lyndsay is my OG hygienist and I really missed her today, the struggle is real! i wish I could have them both. I appreciate the receptionist always chatting with me and taking time answering my questions about insurance. The whole team is so welcoming and actually makes you want to go back to the dentist. Dr. Shaheen built up my pegged incisor and it looks perfect you can’t tell it’s not my natural tooth. Everyone here loves what they do ive been coming here for years and wanted to recommend this office :)

Dr. Shaheen has such a good balance of determining which treatments (if any) are needed and when and always does so with such a calming and professional demeanor. All of the hygienists and staff here are so friendly! Lorita has been my dental hygienist for my last several visits and she is so sweet, personable, and makes you feel so comfortable during your entire visit. I highly recommend Smiles of Grand River!

Dr. Shaheen was thorough, explained everything in detail, reviewed plans and was just wonderful. The dental assistant was great as well the other staff. I am petrified of going to the dentist and have looked for one for years. Finally found one! They also explained costs and nothing was hidden and showed in detail. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
