Let me begin by saying that with one exclusion, everyone there was fantastic & I feel horrible they got my wrath & they are the ONLY reason two stars were given instead of one. I should also tell you that this was the third time I went there for my eye exam simply because of cost, but my lack of funds shouldn't mean I won't be provided great service.
So onto my issue. I brought a pair of frames I have in to see if putting new lenses in was a possibility(It was! Yay!)explaining that I wanted the most bang for my buck because I'm on Medicare & that insurance doesn't go far so the plan was to take advantage of the "Buy 2 pair for XXX" deals with my own money, & use my insurance for my frames I brought in myself. The gentleman waiting on me through like 87,000 options & prices at me I was beyond confused, but when I walked out that day, I had my pre-purchased frames with standard, polycarbonate special order lens with anti scratch coating & a prism as well as a pair of their frames with progressive lenses also with anti scratch & the prism that I paid $194.XX for.
Imagine how happy I was when I went to pick up my glasses & I only had one pair. The one I brought in. That I got charged to use without being told there was a fee. It was only $10, but it's the point & I will freely admit that I didn't look carefully at my receipt. Totally on me that I didn't because had I done so I would have noticed there was no second pair. The guy did all the paperwork, put each frame & paperwork in it's own plastic tray, I paid my tab & walked out, so when I got the text to pick them up & there was only one pair, needless to say, I wasn't nice. The guy who screwed up his job was waiting on someone & once he heard my loud voice, he took his time as to avoid me. Excellent choice & if I were one of his co-workers, I would be required to throat punch him for making everyone else working that day clean up his mess(I was horrible. I own that & I profusely apologized to all working that day except bro that made the mess).
I ultimately got my second pair at no fee. Great! I still had to make a third trip into the store & when I did, guess who waited on me? I was nice, but did ask him what happened. He looked at me like I had three heads & acted as if he'd never seen me before, then he looked at the receipt that indicated he was my salesman & told me that I only had one pair. That's what he put in, so I must have only ordered the one pair.
The final straw for me was after essentially calling him out, after he basically blamed me, he didn't even attempted to apologize. The only person in the joint that actually OWED me one but everyone else gave.
