  This is the BEST place to get an eye exam and glasses that are specific to your needs. I came in needing glasses so I could see while teaching groups of kids, and that I could use in band as I play an instrument. I also have astigmatism in both eyes and need near and far sighted prescription. These are perfect for all those situations and for all day every day! Staff took their time with me, were patient and caring, and wanted to give me the best possible glasses. They were spot on. Highly recommend also for neurodivergent individuals. Staff artwork, plants, fidgets, and decor were wonderful and helped me feel relaxed. I will be back. Thank you!! It’s next to the beach too so of course I had to try them out there.

  Keith and Jennifer provided impeccable service. I suffered eye injuries and could not put my contacts in, my vision is terrible (-7.75 & -8.0), I completely rely on contacts/glasses, however I had no glasses which put me in a horrible position. They were able to provide me with a pair of glasses in 39 minutes at a reasonable price. They were amazing and I will be using them for all my vision needs.

  Wonderful employees! Had an exam booked for my son within a couple days of his glasses breaking and he got glasses the same day as his appointment! We also got a 2nd pair of glasses for free due to a promotion. Dr Unger was super nice and professional! Very happy with the service and pricing!

  I had a great experience with Eyemart Express. I initially purchased my pair of progressives from them and received them in less than a week. Keith was fantastic to work with. When I went in to pick them, I worked with another gentleman - forgot name - and he was equally helpful in fitting them, etc. At that time, I bought a pair of safety glasses and sunglasses. Those were made in less than 1 hr. The safety glasses were perfect. I struggled with the sunglasses for a couple days before returning to the store. The same guy who sold them to me was there and was extremely helpful in getting them correct. Keith also helped me adjust my regular frames a bit to fit my crooked ears. The lab tech explained what she did to make my sunglasses work. All this was done in about an hour for no additional charge. I can’t say enough good about this store. When it’s time for new specs, I’ll make the drive from GH to Muskegon again. It’s worth the gas money!
