Just made a purchase and want to applaud the girl working here. She stayed very calm and was kind even under pressure from two very rude customers. The two older women were obviously upset about something and the worker was trying to help and was on the phone. She asked if she could ring my order up as it took 2 seconds. The older women verbally scuffed out loud and scooted over barely. After she was asked to make room so I could tap my card she slammed her hands on the counter and said “I’m never F-ing coming here again” very angrily. The worker still remained calm handling the phone call, my order, and the upset women. Some people need to relax and realize things aren’t that serious and the worker is just doing her job to help.

Bad customer service, women was talking to her boyfriend and when I tried to ask a question she was obviously upset I interrupted her. Also was supposed to be notified yesterday when my vitamins were delivered, never heard anything. The store in East Lansing is much better, the guy even told me about how to get $ off if you get them directly delivered to your house. Will not be returning to Mt. Pleasant location.

Posted online hours and door sign state opens at 1200. It is 12:45, doors locked and lights off. Unimpressed.
