Flexible appointment scheduling was a plus! Cristin was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. She took adequate time explaining my hearing test results and the various options to move forward with treatment options if I chose to. No pushy sales tactics used. She had a decent selection of hearing devices to choose from and she was very resourceful when I had questions.
