  When you can actually get in to see someone everyone’s nice however… it seems when you have an issue you can’t be seen for a week… when your a working mom and your off work because your sick that is not an option and unfortunately urgent care is way to expensive to be able to just go to under private insurance. It’s sad but it might be time to try and look elsewhere. Edit: as of 9/13 I was told after scheduling an appointment for my boys med checks months ago that they now cannot be seen on that date after having it months in advance. Clearly scheduling needs some retraining and maybe some availability needs to be left open in these kinds of events. I am looking elsewhere now for a new dr it’s so hard to find a good one these days…

  Seems like all this place cares about is getting as many ofice visit fees out of you as they can! Things that can be handled over the phone they will refuse to do without making you pay for an office visit. Thought i had found some1 in your practice that i liked and trusted when i switched to Dr. Ordaz. I dont appreciate being hung up on today after telling you this is b/s because you just now decided to tell me my prefered PCP is no longer with your practice. Neglecting to inform me of this so i could find a new 1 when it happened, leaving me with only the option of seeing the doctor i specifically did not want to see is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

  Bad services. One time I waited 1 hr for doctor . Doctor took forever to check . I left . I took my kids after school. Kids was so hungry. They took phone number and email for no reason because i never received any reminder or confirmation of my appointment so I reached 10 min late because all misunderstanding of Appoinment time than they canceled my appointment. My daughter having volleyball game they need physical form fill out still they don't understand situation. 10 min late ??doctors always make everyone waiting forever than why thats 10min make different?? They at least care about kids school game . Never again . Frontdesk people also dont care about anything .
