  I highly recommend Desiree. She is my primary care physician and genuinely cares about her patients. She involves her patients in their health decisions and helps make a plan for your long term health. I travel all the way from Kalamazoo to keep her as my doctor if that's telling of the quality care she provides.

  I had been going to the Marshall location for years and since they lost their doctor, I now have to wait till December to get in and “re established.” The doc rescheduled on me after I’d been waiting for months. For people who are on monthly medication’s…How is this OK? I left a voicemail for the office manager with no callback. I’m going to escalate this if I can’t get a response. You are not allowed to abandon your patients!

  Bad services. One time I waited 1 hr for doctor . Doctor took forever to check . I left . I took my kids after school. Kids was so hungry. They took phone number and email for no reason because i never received any reminder or confirmation of my appointment so I reached 10 min late because all misunderstanding of Appoinment time than they canceled my appointment. My daughter having volleyball game they need physical form fill out still they don't understand situation. 10 min late ??doctors always make everyone waiting forever than why thats 10min make different?? They at least care about kids school game . Never again . Frontdesk people also dont care about anything .
