From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. As a first-time glasses wearer, I was a little nervous, but Andreana, Mahasen, and Tameka made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything, answer all of my questions, and help me find the perfect pair of glasses. Their patience and expertise truly stood out. What impressed me even more was how amazing they were with my 8-year-old son. They made him feel special and confident, affectionately calling him “Superman” and turning what could have been an ordinary appointment into a fun and memorable experience.
