  Marc is exactly what a store manager should be. I’ve been to many supplement stores where upselling is the priority this wasn’t that. He’s extremely knowledgeable, took the time to really understand my goals, and asked thoughtful questions before making any suggestions. His recommendations were clear, practical, and completely pressure-free, which made the whole experience feel honest and personalized rather than sales-driven. The store itself is spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming, and you can tell there’s real attention to detail in how it’s run. Marc sets a new standard for customer service and creates an environment where you actually feel comfortable asking questions and learning. If you’re serious about fitness or nutrition, this is the GNC to visit. Marc is a true professional, a huge asset to the company, and someone who genuinely elevates the customer experience. Five stars well deserved.
