  Everything went well. He was about to answer my question. He also went over my blood work. That was recently drawn.

  Firstly if you go there I suggest you record their conversations with yourself like I did, what a bad experience, from my first appointment when I was coming from another allergist that was further away from my house than this place, even then there was warning signs when he couldn’t read the allergy paperwork correctly, I had my appointment on a Wednesday and they said the allergy serum would be in by the following Wednesday, I actually went on that following Friday and they still hadn’t received the serum, the woman behind the counter with the head covering and the glasses said to me it hadn’t been made and she would call me when she knew more, can you guess what ???? She never called. I went down there today (2 weeks after first appointment)and complained that I had no call and I still didn’t know what was going on. I also had concerns that as they had so much trouble understanding the paperwork from the former allergist that I wanted to check that the serum was made right, guess what? It wasn’t. Dr. Hassan, then told me that my allergy serum had been mixed incorrectly. After digging a little bit deeper, they found out my paperwork hadn’t even gone anywhere to be sent to have the allergy serum made the first time just left laying around which was why there was a delay. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go, 0/10. Edit after reply: my insurance company is also coming after you to refund the money you charge them for your mistake because obviously someone else shouldn’t pay for your mistake should they ?at a cost of $600.

  Hassan is the best and very personable! Very attentive and the staff was very professional and sweet. Great experience.

  In the last 5 years of going here, I only had positive experiences with both the doctors and nurses. Especially Hassan Ramadan who paid close attention to all the details that I was given and I never felt rushed in the process. He always suggested better alternatives and went above and beyond.
