My 60+ yr old mom and stepdad were very much pressured by the sales woman to spend more than they were comfortable with. My mom went there for help with plantar fasciitis. The sales woman did a wonderful job assessing and fitting her with insoles. However, the total price was never discussed until "financing" was presented. My mom and stepdad asked if they could think about the $2,000+ price before committing (they asked because they already felt obligated from all the time and assessment that they had gone through) but the sales woman abruptly asked them "what is there to think about?! This is your wife's feet. She is in pain. This is about her back and knees and mobility!"
Although, I do agree with what the woman said, I am livid that a company would prey on individuals desperate for relief. As a medical professional, I would never put financial pressure on an elderly couple putting their trust in my professional opinion, that is outside of my responsibility of care. My poor mom has been in knots over the purchase all day. She isn't sure this will bring her relief and now they are stuck making monthly payments for a year and a half. The Good Feet Store should really be ashamed of their strong sales approach. If my mom and step dad had a better sales experience, she probably would feel more hopeful and positive about spending over $2,000 in hopes that she'll be out of pain someday.
*Edited to add- after doing some research on the financing, they will be canceling within the allowed timeframe and going to an actual podiatrist. I hope anyone who goes to The Good Feet store is prepared to spend thousands on shoe inserts that are recommended by salespeople, not actual doctors.

I needed to take care of my feet because I spend every waking moment of my job on them. My guy Cody Foote helped me out. No such name more fitting to set my feet straight! Super satisfied with how painless and quick he made the process.

It’s seriously unbelievable!!! It really works! This produce is not a scam or a gimmick! Before you leave the store you feel an improvement! The Arch Specialist are great: they are excited for your relief!!
After having the supports for two days: I came home from a walk, took off my Maintainer and didn’t put on my Relaxer— just went the kitchen and started my meal prep. Several hours later my back discomfort returned! Then I recalled being used to walking barefoot upon returning home, it's a habit! So I put on my Relaxer insert and found some relief! At that time Lindsey, my support Specialist, called for a follow up! I related what was going on and she recommended that I put the Maintainer insert back on for a short period and then my Relaxer insert! It wasn’t long before ‘comfort’ returned!
The results are seriously amazing!!! No scam!!!
Thanks Good Feet!!! Lindsey and staff
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
