- BEBruce EisemanAug 5, 20265.0This was my first visit to this particular LensCrafters in MI. I live in AZ and that’s where I would normally go. I’m visiting my Son in MI so this was very convenient. Everyone was very Friendly from the first time I called to make an appointment. When I arrived at the store I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I said I had an appointment and someone would be with me shortly. I started looking at the glasses on display until I was approached by a very nice Lady Robin. She entered some information in the computer and helped me look at some glasses. Another nice lady Tech brought into a room and began to give me some eye tests. She was very Friendly and also answered my questions. When we were finished I waited just a few short minutes until the Doctor came in. The Doctor was also very Friendly and nice to talk with. She gave me a few tests and went over the results from the earlier tests. She made her suggestions which was not to purchase any glasses because they weren’t going to make a significant change in my eyesight. This was because she suggested it was time to have my Cataracts removed and then I wouldn’t need to wear Prescription Glasses just Readers. I really Appreciated her saying this because I was prepared to purchase new glasses and frames. This saved me quite a bit of money. Overall I had a very Good experience at this LensCrafters store.
