  Very disappointing experience with Dr. Matson. I did not feel listened to, and I did not feel treated with basic courtesy or professionalism. Based on my experience, I would suggest that others avoid him and go elsewhere.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Marvin Matson during a contact lens visit. I explained that I had tried the trial daily lenses three times and felt dizzy and even somewhat nauseous each time. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, he was rude, dismissive, and clearly irritated by my questions. When I asked whether the problem could be related to the lens type, fit, dryness, or whether another option like weekly or monthly lenses might be better, he responded as if this was not his responsibility. That was shocking, because I came in for professional help with exactly this issue. No patient should be treated this way when reporting discomfort with trial lenses. I left feeling disrespected and would not recommend him for contact lens care.
