We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

The person who checked me in and did the initial tests was very informative and super-positive. The optometrist was great. I had seen Dr. Koon and really liked him. His partner Dr. Larson was equally wonderful. I felt like I was in good hands and I trust them both to take good care of my eyes. The optician who helped me pick out frames was also very, very good. From beginning to end my experience at Pearle Vision 28th Street was excellent. What a wonderful group of people are working there. Thank you for your professionalism.
