  We have been going there for a few years and have had some great experiences with a number of different dentists and hygienists over that time for my husband and I and our four kids. They truly do care about good dental care for their patients. I had to give a low rating though because of our most recent interaction. After all the great care we had received, it was so disappointing to find that when my daughter had already traveled 2.5 hours for her appointment last week, that they had canceled it (as well as my upcoming appointment) sometime prior to this and wiped our payment plans clean, which we had already paid for for the year and which would have covered my daughter's appointment. They had heard we were moving, which we did, but no one asked them to cancel our upcoming appointments when we told them we were moving nor did they call to confirm that's what we wanted them to do. I had called a month or so before my daughter's appointment just to confirm it was still covered by the payment plan for the year and they confirmed it was, but by the time of the appointment, they had then removed us from the system so they couldn't even find us when I called and gave my name. The woman who last received my call and discovered this for me was very helpful and clearly felt bad about it but this was a serious clerical error that should be prevented for future patients.

  First time patient here. Birch Street Dental care was very professional friendly and straight forward. Prices up front!! Appreciated!! Only knock is a actual receptionist would be appreciated!!!!!!!

  Over the period of a year I tried multiple times to contact them to make an appointment. First time phone rang for 15 minutes and I gave up. Second time got an answer but it was so quiet there was no way to communicate. My phone's volume was maxed out and I could barley hear the receptionist. Six months later I tried again. Again could not hear the receptionist. Never had this problem with any other company or person I call. Decided I was no longer gonna go to birch street dental. Called Smith dentistry immediately afterwards. Call was as clear as could be and they got me scheduled for the same day. And it was a better experience than I have ever had at birch street. 45 minutes in and out as a new patient. That included 16 X-rays. Prices lower by around 10-25% . Birch street dental has gotten to big to reliability service there customers. Especially by phone. Do not recommend anyone goes here.

  Extremely friendly personel .Everyone explained all aspects of what I needed and why! The only improvement would be to have a person at the check in window..there was an older lady that wasn't sure anyone knew she was there after she checked in.

  Extensive checks for tooth gum and mouth area. Courteous and helpful staff. Very professional and informative. Happy they are my new dental care facility.
