While the technician was very kind, helpful, and apologetic about the delay, the staff responsible for measuring for glasses were unhelpful and came across as unkind. The technician was the only bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. No eye exam should take 2 hours. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others.
