  I tried hearing aids 20 years ago, as I've been quite deaf most of my life, and that experience was MISERABLE! However, I tried again with Miracle Ear and couldn't be happier! The difference is that these are completely tunable. Now, instead of the quiet of midnight vs a room of 80 yelling people, I can tune it to my own comfort - in volume AND pitch (like an equalizer). I take them out at night, and when I awake, I'm just amazed at how truly deaf I am without them in. They fit great, are very comfortable, well hidden, and have a long battery life between charging. If you have ANY hesitation, at least try a consultation, and they’ll explain everything. Truly, I couldn't be happier, and I can't believe what I had been missing all of these years.

  I would like to commend Terry A at the facility in Portage for being honest and taking the time to listen to me, his experience and knowledge with hearing is amazing. He took the time with me and my thought was here we go buy another pair, which I thought to myself ( does a pig fly ) however he did his marvelous work on the hearing aids and I left happy and not broke. I pray that he will always be there to help me and others.

  My hearing aid had separated along the glued seams but still worked when I called Justin about me just re-glueing it myself, but he said, no, just bring it in so he could look@ it...so I did. After 3 attempts & 45 minutes later @ re-glueing, all attempts but the last time it was still working & he handed it back to me & said it couldn't be fixed. When I got home & looked@it he had glued the wires into the seam so it couldn't possibly have worked! I called back & vented my anger & he completely denied any wrong doing & it cost me an expensive hearing aid. His dishonesty & denial of destroying my hearing aid was abhorrent to me and should have been addressed but every time I wanted to report it the calls went back to Justin...so glad 4 all those he has done well-by, but woe to those like me that he takes advantage of for whatever reason?... u won't have a voice!
