  I have been seeing Dr. M for about 25 years. He and his staff are amazing…Always a warm and friendly greeting and timely, effective appointments. I love the walk-in .service option…when you are in pain, you don’t have to wait days to get in. He has treated me for a range of acute and chronic back pain conditions and he can always figure out what is needed to make me feel better. Recently, I had some SI joint pain that responded to adjustments but wouldn’t hold. I added in a 6 session package of the shockwave and PEMF service. That was about 4 months ago and I haven’t had any issues since. It was a commitment but i am a believer. Highly highly recommend!!

  In November 2025, I was diagnosed with severe medial meniscus deterioration on both knees. I went to a knee doctor in Hastings and was told I needed both knees replaced. I tried the cartiledge shots. I still had pain. After one treatment on my worst knee yesterday, I can now lift my knee and bend it without pain and stiffness. I am amazed at the results of one treament and look forward to finishing treatment on both knees.

  I truly believe in Dr. Keith and what he does. He meets you where you are and helps to gently move you to where you want to be. His is kind and caring and has a wholistic approach. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves to teach. Helping you to understand your options and the whys is important to him and he prioritizes keeping you involved with your care plan and next steps. You won’t find a better chiropractor!!!

  My experience with Messamore Family Chiropractic has been outstanding! Dr. Keith seems to constantly be a student of his field by learning and implementing new techniques. He asks the right questions and has shown me consistently over time that he genuinely cares about his patients. Paige and Jen at the front desk are always a pleasure to speak with and work with as well. Everyone here is very friendly and eager to serve.
