  I received a hip injection from Dr. Bronsteen. From the moment we walked into the facility, everyone was so friendly & kind; from the gals checking me in, to Steve, who works with Dr. Bronsteen, to Sherry, who checked me out. They are the best!! Highly recommend this facility!!

  Worst Bronson clinic that I have been to! Bowman was cocky, didn't take time to go over my chart, asked me what was wrong then proceeded to tell me I was wrong. He did not listen to me and talked down about other doctors, stating he was much better and smarter than them. What an unprofessional joke!

  My big toe took a real bad banging I was for sure I broke it. It bruised right away it just looked awful. I called Bronson triage nurse she said yeah I should get it looked at and to call this place they have a same day clinic. I called and they were able to get me in right away. Everyone was super nice even the receptionists. The bathrooms were clean as well as the waiting rooms. There was adequate parking. You see a physical therapist first to asses you then you get x rays done then you see the doctor. The physical therapist was super friendly and he even explained some of the anatomy of the foot which I thought was cool. The doctor came in and gave me the good news it wasn't fractured or broke! I just needed to keep it easy for awhile and they taught me how to wrap my foot with tape to help give more support. I had a really good experience here and I know if you come here you will to everything took about just one hour.

  After receiving a misdiagnosis, enlisting in the Marine Corps, getting a medical discharge shortly afterward for a condition that I was told I did not have by my doctor (Sytsma), finding out the doctor put in his notes the correct information (after telling me and my mother that I was fine and didn't need any intervention), being treated like an idiot by the doctor, and the doctor prescribing me physical therapy over and over for 3 years despite it not working, I will not be back. I sincerely hope this particular doctor (Sytsma) is removed so he cannot do the same thing to others that he has done to me. I've lost my career, I have a hard time working much of the time due to my knee problems, and I'm in severe pain much of the time. All due to a misdiagnosis from this particular doctor. Do not go here. Side note: I tried to get a note from him to give to the VA about my knee, and he told me to, and I quote, to "quit trying to mooch off the government and go get a job". This is what Sytsma thinks of our veterans who seek help from the VA.
