  He’s one of the best doctors I’ve seen in this area of practice ever - and I’ve seen doctors who are with Cleveland Clinic! He really cares about patients as if they are family members.

  Tried to make an appointment here after my doctor referred me. I am 26 weeks pregnant and have an undiagnosed autoimmune disorder that looks a lot like SLE (lupus) from several different pieces of evidence. Anyone who knows anything about rheumatology, knows post partum recovery is the possibly the worst time for someone with an autoimmune disorder. Was denied to make an appointment basically, told I couldn’t until October. I am due in August. My doctor gave me a referral. They can’t offer to put me on a cancellation list? They can’t make any appointments for new patients…. Not even with a referral??? Never heard of that. Then you should communicate that to my doctor so they can refer me somewhere that will. Guess I’ll just go somewhere else.

  My primary doctor referred me here because I have chronic symptoms of autoimmune disorder with blood tests that are always borderline normal. I waited months for the appointment and was eager to finally get some answers and/or relief. Instead the doctor kept saying “why are you here? Your blood looks fine.” He dismissed all my symptoms and refused to run more tests. I have never been more distressed by a doctor appointment in my life; I told him my symptoms and he kept saying “but why are you here?” After repeating myself several times I gave up and finally said “I guess I don’t know why I’m here! My doctor referred me!” I gave three stars because I didn’t get enough care to say whether it was bad or not. The front desk people were nice.

  Dr. Jackson spent over an hour with me and was incredibly thorough in his examination and questioning. He has a wealth of knowledge that he shares in a way that’s easy to understand. I felt comfortable asking questions and sharing my experiences. Highly recommend.
